POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Information collected is for the sole purpose of being able to contact you in regards to the reason you contacted us. Your information will not be given out, sold or rented to third parties, unless necessary to fulfill your request. All information will be held to a high level of confidentiality. Any information that is no longer needed will be disposed of properly.
Appointments must be scheduled ahead of time. Please contact us in advanced to ensure availability of time slots.
A deposit of either $40, 25%, or 50% of total is required at time of scheduling training sessions.
Consultations must be paid in full prior to consultation appointment. Payment plans will be discussed during consultation.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
The owner of the dog(s) may postpone any of the lessons with 24 hours notice. Rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. We are only obligated to give up to three (3), depending of training package purchased, free makeup lessons due to owner postponements. After the last free postponement, each additional postponement will count as one of the remaining lessons owed to the owner. Additional makeup lessons can be purchased at full price per lesson. Failure to give the company twenty-four (24) hour notice of a lesson cancellation will result in the company counting said failure as a completed lesson.
Vaccines must be up to date and must include Rabies vaccine and DHPPC (or comparable). A copy of vaccination records must be provided at time of consultation.
